I’ve had an illustrious career in Consumer and Commercial Banking that has allowed me to serve in frontline roles to leadership at many levels across customer service, operations, business transformation, centers of excellence & workforce culture functions.

I’ve picked up quite a few skills along the way in strategic planning, program/project management, lean six-sigma continuous process improvement, training and development, citizen development and data science.

What does all this mean? I continually seek out new experiences and extract the gifts from the lessons learned to increase my effectiveness and am uniquely positioned to give you human-centric solutions and thought leadership that take into consideration ALL stakeholders for alignment of successful outcomes and the engagement needed to make it happen.
