This is my final presentation (for my Human Behaviors course during my first semester of MAPP) of the major findings from my literature review of the same name—the foundation for my treatise, which formally began in Spring 2025.

This is my first video on the topics of civility, DEI emotional labor, and Black self-determination. It has been inspired by my personal experiences navigating predominantly white spaces for the vast majority of my life, critical reflection on my own participation in maintaining the status quo, scientific learnings to connect the dots, and the persistent resistance to moving toward a more optimal future for all.
