It’s not about equal percentages but rather about prioritizing energy where it’s needed most while maintaining overall harmony.

Be cautious of drainers in various environments, such as unnecessary meetings at work, internet overuse at home, and perfectionism anywhere. Reflect on your priorities, set clear boundaries, and leverage technology to automate tasks.
